Here are the answers to the most common questions asked.
1. What is the customer returns policy?
Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If products are returned to sender due to delivery failure we will contact you to let you know, and to arrange redelivery. Whilst rare, if there is ever a fault with a Covo product, email us (www.covo.uk@gmail.com) with a description and photo of the product and we will issue a refund as long as it is within 14 days of being shipped. You will then have a further 14 days to send the parcel back to us. If you do not complete this within the timeframe, then your refund will be invalid.
2. How do I cancel/amend an order?
Each product can take between 4-8 days due to production rate and shipping. This means that if a cancelation or amendment of an order is required, let us know via email (www.covo.uk@gmail.com).You have 24 hours after purchase to cancel an order before it goes into production and cannot be refunded.
3. How do I track my order?
During busier occasions we may extended the delivery timeframe. Note any order that states ‘Dispatch’ means your order will be dispatched within that timeframe, not delivered. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse All delivery timeframes start from the day after you place the order unless specified. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us.
4. I am having trouble placing my order.
